I just spoke with the owner of these 123 sites and he explained and demonstrated to me that about 3/4th's of their videos are higher 320x240 clips at about 700kbps bitrates. The videos I saw initially were 190x150 and really didn't do the site justice. It was really my fault for not downloading more clips.
