I'm not much of an expert on HDTV myself, but it's probably enough to say that what they're offering here is high resolution movies for download. The movies offered here are not all at this resolution, in fact the site is just getting moving it looks like, and only has a few updates in this top quality. Thankfully all of the other movies in their archives section are at a still high 640x480 video quality. On most sites you will find the normal 320x240. Formats offered are WMV and MOV, and there no is DRM.
