High Def Movie Pass Review

High Def Movie Pass is a new entry into the newly emerging HD market. I'm not much of an expert on HDTV myself, but it's probably enough to say that what they're offering here is high resolution movies for download. The resolutions of their HDTV quality porn movies are 1280x720, or 720p in HDTV terminology.

The movies offered here are not all at this resolution, in fact the site is just getting moving it looks like, and only has a few updates in this top quality. Thankfully all of the other movies in their archives section are at a still high 640x480 video quality. On most sites you will find the normal 320x240. Formats offered are WMV and MOV, and there no is DRM.

The scenes at High Def Movie Pass are all taken from LA style porn shoots, using well known actresses. I didn't really see anything I'd seen around before though which was nice. Some of the names here - Liliane Tiger, Jenaveve Jolie, Lanny Barbi, Monica Sweetheart, Alexis Amore, Victoria Sweet, etc.

Hopefully they'll continue to add more HD quality content, and if you get antsy there's 3 other similar sites included with membership that have more content, some shared some not. Unfortunately the HD content is the same at all sites. Interestingly enough there are no photos at this site, at least of their video updates. There's a "Bonus Photo Galleries" button at the top, but it's seperate unrelated content.

Only other thing to mention about HD Movie Pass is that this site offers a limited trial to avoid bandwidth abuse, but it is only $1 for 7 days, so can hardly complain, but don't be surprised. The full monthly price is $39.95.
