Over 18 Under 21 is the teen or younger niche site of the Private Porn Pass network. With the network membership, you get access to 12 sites in total. While the introduction pages are very decorative, the inside is rather minimalist. On the bright side, it's easy to navigate between all their sites, and download the movies.

They have 18 models, they're attractive young girls, including some known porn actresses, like Ava & Mia Rose. All of them have one photo set and one video.

The photo galleries are decent with both solo posing and hardcore action. I'd say quality is just okay, the most common resolution is 900x600 - they could go a little higher. There's a slide show feature, but I missed the ZIP downloads.

The movies are nice hardcore fucking scenes, pretty much like what you'd find on a better adult teen DVD.
Most scenes are 20-30 minutes long, but there are some longer ones as well. Get ready to download a few hundred megabytes. You can also watch them streamed if that's what you prefer. There are three available options: WMV segments, one big WMV file, one big MPEG file. The better quality WMVs are 480x360 @ 1.3mbps, mediocre/medium quality.

Over 18 Under 21 has decent videos. It could be a good site in a rare genre, but there are so many good teen sites out there, that this one is nothing special with such video quality. The value of membership is good though, as you get access to all sites in the network. Membership costs 25$ monthly or 60$ for three months. I don't recommend trial as it only gives you limited access.
