Planet Voyeur claims to have the largest collection of exclusive voyeur content on the Internet, but I'm not so sure. There is quite a bit of content on this site, and yes much of it is exclusive.

Unfortunately the site design seriously lacks and navigation is quite a pain. The main page is cluttered with video feeds and other archives of content that you get with a membership to the site. Most of the video stuff is standard, and to their credit there sure are a lot of different feeds there. Fortunately the exclusive content is much much better, and with the amount of it you'd wonder why they didn't make it more of a focal point. There are a lot of decent quality amateur upskirt and change-room pictures, shower cams and the sort. They keep the site updated with additions nearly every day, and stick to the voyeurism topic really well.

It's really too bad their site is so difficult to work with or their rating would be quite a bit higher. There is a good amount of material here, it just takes a little while to sift through and find what you are looking for. Biggest voyeur site on the net? Hard to tell, but it's surely up there among them.
