Shiny Super Heroines is a non-nude cosplay site. Shella the webmistress and her friends wear spandex clothes with masks to be cartoon superheroines. There's also quite some tying up going on. The design is pretty basic. Let's check out their photos and videos.

There are 22 photo sets, with 70 images per set on average. There are probably about 7 models. Some sets get their name after the heroine, there is Radiation Girl, White Ice, or Superblonde for example. The sets are quite sexy, the girls bend over all the time, and the spandex is quite tight on their skin. They also do some other stretching poses, plus there are the tied up positions. The environment is a bit dry for my taste though, they could shake things up a bit. Resolution is 2000x1300, quality is nice. There are no ZIP downloads unfortunately.

The site has 18 videos, with a 3 minutes average length. Most of them display the girls struggling in ropes and then escaping them. They are available in 640x360 WMV, and 1280x720 DivX files. So you can watch them both streamed and download them. This is awesome HD quality!

Shiny Super Heroines has great quality. I didn't find the content that special, but maybe it just isn't not my thing. The frequency of updates is uncertain, there was 1 in the last month. Recurring membership costs 25$ monthly, you can also get non-recurring ones, it's 30$ for a month, and 60$ for three months.
