Ultimate-Celebs is a site with a clean design, which promises 55 gigs of movies to its visitors. After logging on to the members' area, it indeed looks nice and well-organized. Let's take a look at the content though.

As celeb sites usually do, Ultimate Celebs offers photos and videos to download. There's more than one way to find a particular clip. You can browse the celebrities by their first names, search for a name, or you can browse the movies (and tv shows), or search by title. Other than these, you can browse Latest Updates, and check the latest movies that were added. There's a Most Popular Movies and a Most Popular Celebs section too, although they were down when I visited.

Now some numbers. The site has 981 celebrities in their database, with 3975 video clips. That doesn't make it the biggest celeb site, but it's a strong competitor. It's really nice that they took the time to organize clips, so they belong to both a girl and a movie title. You'll also see their nudity level, format, and resolution, and a thumbnail. The clips are in good quality DivX format, most of them were ripped from DVDs by themselves! So you may find worthy stuff here, even if you already have a collection. They also have a nice section dedicated to stolen sex tapes.
The photos bit is not too good, only a small fragment of the girls have a photo gallery. Those are good quality pictures.

Updates happen daily. It looks like that they're still building their collection from older movies, but adding new stuff as they come as well. It's fairly fresh.

This is a nice and clean site, very well organized. If you don't mind missing the photos, it can be a good choice. Membership costs 20$ monthly, or you can get three months for 40$.
