Erotic Beauty Review

Met-Art has long been one of the top sites here at Adult Site Surfer, holding our #1 spot down for many years. In 2005 they started MetModels as what I thought of as an overflow site for content that didn’t quite make the Met-Art cut. Maybe the model wasn’t exactly the right type, or they just had too many photographers submitting content for them to keep up with. MetModels only did one update a day vs Met-Art that often does 5 or 6 a day though. Still, after 6 years the site got pretty big.

For 2012 they’ve decided to scrap MetModels.com altogether and move all the content to this new site called Erotic Beauty. That means an all new redesign, new members area, and they seem to be updating the site twice daily now too. All members of MetModels were seamlessly transitioned, and they’re even offering a discounted price point to get things rolling.

So far this is a photos only site, however I imagine some videos will be on their way in the near future. There were some videos on MetModels, and it seems like they didn’t make the trip to the new site. Bummer! MET has never been known for their videos anyways though, they’ve always been a bit of a question mark. It’s just hard to adapt their softcore style to video I think.

This is really a straight forward site, so Erotic Beauty is easy to review. There are roughly 30 updates per month, and just over 80 months worth of content. All in all that adds up to nearly 2,500 photo sets and around 300,000 total images.

All the sets are available at three different qualities, low, medium and high. And their high is incomparable to most other sites. The newest images are at 5600×3700! That’s bigger than even the 4K resolution TV’s that are just hitting the market this year in 2012, which are themselves TWICE the resolution of 1080p HD video! Incredible detail.

Zip files are offered at all three sizes too, which is great. You may even find you don’t like the biggest images, because of their size, the time it takes to download them, and all the scrolling you have to do to see them in their entirety. I downloaded a bunch of high resolution gallery zips from Erotic Beauty, and the largest zip was nearly 1GB in size. Crazy big.

The navigation is much the same as Met-Art, with all the sets sorted by the year and month they were released. The only problem I have with this is that if you click on a year, you always start in January of that year. It would be cool if you could pick say August, and then click the years to see August of all the years. Basically just if it remembered the month you were looking at. Small detail, but maybe they can make that happen.

The prices are great here too. They’ve given us a discount for readers of our review at $14.97, which is $10 off their normal price of $24.97. Also they’ve cleverly priced the yearly memberships at just $79.97, or just $6.67 a month. If you like to keep a few memberships active at one time, it makes a lot more sense to load up on sites that offer a $6-8 a month membership, as you could easily spend $30 on a single site for a month, or get 3 or 4 memberships for the same monthly cost if you go yearly.

Erotic Beauty is updating more often, has an all new look, is run by one of the best companies in the business, and offers much the same quality as you’ll find at Met-Art, generally considered to be the single best site in the world. Hard not to pay a bit of attention to this one.
