Porno Inferno Review

PornoInferno.com, what can I say about this site? Other than the fact it’s flaming. 403 Forbidden errors and Internal server misconfigurations aplenty. The free tour promises huge archives of pictures, live video, and recorded movies.
The pictures are hard to find and a pissoff to navigate, the live video is 403, and the thirteen 1mb recorded movies are bunk.

Upon entering the members section, I’m greeted with messy HTML vaguely linking to content providers outside the site. Nothing that I can see on the main page is for any original content, nor is anything actually hosted on pornoinferno’s servers.

Trying to enter pornoinferno’s pics section ends in dissapointment. Most of the links take me back to the main page. Poor coding. The rest take me to 80’s porn taken off a content CD. Pathetic.

The site does have a neat search tool, they’ve entered keywords for all the pics they’ve got access too, so if you’re looking for something specific, hopefully they’ve attached the right keyword to the right picture. I did a trial search for “Brunette”, I got *one* match. I did a search for “Brunet”, I got twenty matches. How effective can a search engine really be, if all the keywords are spelled wrong? What’s a brunet? Anyone?

Browsing through the preview, I found something that caught my eye. Access to the site supposedly includes “Personal Porn Technology” [You create your own porn site based on your personal tastes.] After browsing the site for 45 minutes, this personal porn technology had yet to make it’s appearance.

$29.95 a month gets you access to whatever feeds are working. One in five seemed to be the ratio for the day.

Considering the Pamela and Tommy video and “FuckFest 99” are two of the options on the main page, I don’t think updates are at the top of this webmasters list.

For a site that promises so much in the preview, I’m disgusted by what I found inside. It looks like a webmaster’s scam to make money.

Site now redirects to a random porn site, nothing to see here. With an original score of 31, you can’t say we didn’t see this one coming.
