Private School Jewel Review

This is the brand spankin new website of the very popular young model who goes by the name Jewel. She got popular on some of the artistic nude type websites over the last few years, and her website has been in development for a long time now. Finally it’s arrived and it’s easy to see why it took a bit longer than normal.

The website itself has a very custom feel to it, and some advanced features on the tour like a video trailer you can pull down by clicking on a dangling string. I think the tour gives a good impression of what the site is trying to accomplish with Jewel and her personal website.

The best sign for me so far is that Private School Jewel seems like it was tailored for fans of solo girl sites, who are a special bunch. It has good model interactivity through her blog slash journal, and the scenes sort of give you perspective and a peek into her life.

They have this cool cartoon that plays as an intro before each film begins of a cartoon version of Jewel, another nice little touch. However I don’t understand why they don’t film in HD, especially after going through all the trouble with the details. Would love to see them double the video resolution here.

We’ll have to come back to this one after a few months, but already it’s bigger than most sites that just got started. I’m sure lots of fans that adopt her site early won’t be disappointed, even with 10 videos and 30 photo sets. She updates about 2-3 times a week and the site is well adapted for fans of single model sites.
