Wicked Pictures Review

Wicked Pictures is a big porn studio founded in 1993. They’re partly the reason you recognize Chasey Lain, or Jenna Jameson today. Other past Wicked girls are Alexa, Devinn Lane, Kaylani Lei, Missy, Serenity, Stephanie Swift, Sydnee Steele, Temptress, and their current stars are Carmen Hart, Jessica Drake, Julia Ann, Keri Sable, Kirsten Price, and Stormy Daniels. The design is stylish, navigation is easy.

As most studios, Wicked Pictures offers photo sets, and scenes from their movies online. Let’s start with the photos. There are 1721 galleries, surely a nice amount. They’re sorted by date. There’s a lot of glamour posing sets, and hardcore fucking ones. Some of them are connected to the movies they produced. Many series are superficial in my opinion, especially those with only 20-40 images in a set, but there are great sets as well. I have one major problem though – image resolution. 900×600 is too low today, especially on a professional site. There are no ZIP downloads either.

Now the movies. The site lists 377 movies, you can watch selected scenes from those. There are over 1900 scenes in total, each of them is 20-30 minutes long. Obviously you will find all kinds of stuff here, from masturbation, through lesbian and straight hardcore, to group sex. All premium scenes from retail porn flicks. There’s also some backstage footage included.
There’s one big downside – you can only watch them streamed, in their own Flash player. Imagine it like YouTube. You can set quality to High, Medium, or Low, but even the “High” option is mediocre quality. Full screen isn’t really full screen either, it just expands to the size of the flash player window. I understand that they don’t want to let you download all their retail movies. However, this review is from the customer’s point of view. And customers want high quality, downloadable content.

Wicked Pictures also has a pretty advanced search system. You can search by actress name, body features, movie name, type of action. There are so many options, that rather made you a screenshot. While I didn’t find it to be perfectly accurate, it’s still a very useful tool. Also, if you find an actress you like, you can easily list all her movies, scenes, and galleries.

As a bonus, you get loads of plug-in content feeds, and some adult games.

The updates are steady and fresh. For the movie Driven, members got access to photo galleries 4 days after the flick was released in stores. There’s a new photo gallery every day. There are no dates for the movie scenes, I think you probably get a few every week.

This site has a huge amount of content, and it’s well-organized. There are problems with quality, and not being able to download movies, as I mentioned. So as a general porn movie downloader, pick another site. However, if you’re a fan of some of their ladies, or Wicked flicks in general, you probably still want to see this. Recurring membership costs 30$ monthly, or you can get a three day trial for 5$ (also rebills at 30$).
